What is STR F12020? 
STR F12020 is the latest “Technology Breakthrough” with new formulation of Synergy that helps to improve the fuel in the combustion area. STR F12020 is Palmatic Oil based additives that helps your engine to runs smoothly thus reducing its high operating temperature, wear & tear, fuel consumption, reduces maintenance cost, and pollutant emissions. STR F12020 is a pure hydrocarbon and as such it is exempted from EPA regulations. In accordance with the EPA registration and requirements for fuel and fuel additives, “Additive means any substance other than one (1) composed solely of carbon and/or hydrogen”. STR F12020 is non toxic and hazardous but it is a food grade polymer. The active ingredients are low hydrocarbons. (Kindly refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet, MSDS) 

Why & How STR F12020 was developed? 
Initially while conducting a research for a healthier and pollution free environment, The Founder, Mr. K.S. Saw discovered that how STR F12020 modifies the fuel burning in the combustion area. It was in the program to develop the technology exhibited properties that is beneficial to reduce pollution and helps fuel saving significantly. 

What is the technology behind STR F12020? 
STR F12020 is a spin off work to make the additive that would not explode when the product is hit by a projectile. The founder also discovered that the addition of a high molecular weight of compounded ingredients to the fuel eliminated the black cloud of smoke in the diesel engines associated with ignition of misted injector fuel in the combustion chamber. The founder also demonstrated that the ingredients changed the physical properties of a spray fuel, thus improving the uniformity of droplet size and distribution and modifying its vaporization behavior. Our product does not contain caustic chemicals and therefore it will not damage any paints. 

How STR F12020 do improves the throttle response? 
The throttle is advanced and more fuel is delivered to the indication system of an engine. However, there is a lag in getting the additional fuel into the cylinder due to the physical properties in the fuel. This causes a lean condition and poor throttle response. STR F12020 changes the physical properties of gasoline rather than chemistry so that more fuel is entrained in the air / fuel mixtures entering the cylinder. This will helps to burn off all the deposits in the piston head thus giving the engines more power. 

How do I mix STR F12020 in the gas and diesel fuel? 
At the kiosk, pour in the recommended dosage from the bottle of STR F12020 into your gas tank before or after filling up. The mixing reaction of fuel in your tank will adequately blend with STR F12020 with the fuel homogeneously thus breaking all the molecules to equal atom in the fuel. To reduce evaporation in the fuel tank and oxidize the fuel by increasing the oxygen intake. Our product is alkaline based whereby the fuel tank won’t be rusty. It mixes well with water thus it also helps to clean up “sticky components” that have deposited in the fuel pump. If our vehicle comes with a fuel injection system, then the re-circulation pump will continue to mix the additive with your fuel. Once mixed, STR F12020 will stay mix in your fuel indefinitely. Not even freezing the fuel, which requires extremely low temperatures, will cause the active ingredients of STR F12020 to settle out. 

Why does STR F12020 decrease visible smoke in the exhaust of an engine? 
Smoke is generally a sign of incomplete combustion of the fuel (unburned/hydrocarbons). STR F12020 causes the fuel to burn more completely in two and four cycle gasoline and diesel engines thus reducing the amount of unburned hydrocarbons in the exhaust. How does STR F12020 decrease engine vibrations? Cycle to cycle combustion variability causes most engine vibrations. By improving the air/fuel mixtures, variations in the quantity of fuel and efficiency of in cylinder burns decrease. STR F12020 improves the uniformity of the air/fuel mixtures thus causing less erratic combustion that causes most engines vibrations. 

What are the long terms and effects after using STR F12020 in my car engine? 
STR F12020 does not cause either short or long term as it does not cause harm to gasoline or diesel engines. STR F12020 is a pure hydrocarbon. The active ingredient, a long chain of hydrocarbon burns into a gas and leaves no residue. The compounded ingredients in STR F12020 additive has been used in gasoline and diesel fuel in a shorter molecular form. Its also gives easier start up, reduce corrosion, increase the efficiency of combustion / burning process, piston ring more flexible and runs smoother cause reduce friction and extend shelf life of piston. It reduces the consumption of engine oil, increase engine power, reduce black smoke and reduce knocking between valves in the combustion chamber. 

Will the vehicle runs smoothly & is there any fuel savings involved after using STR F12020? 
Yes. The vehicle will run smoothly and again subject to the maintenance and condition of the vehicle. Fuel savings do play a role and again it still subject to the condition of the vehicle and the way the vehicle was driven. 

GASOLINE / PETROL ENGINES 

What happens if I put in too much of STR F12020 in my gas tank? 
Adding more or twice the recommended dosage and or amount into your fuel tank may not effect the performance of your vehicle. This dosage will not harm your engine but you may want to follow the recommended dosage to yield the ultimate benefits. Too much of STR F12020 in your fuel tank may not negate the effect of extensional viscosity in fuel. 

Will STR F12020 damage my catalytic converter? 
No. Most catalytic converter suffers damage when they are over heated and or subject to chemicals that bind with and neutralize their catalysts. Since STR F12020 is 100% hydrocarbon, therefore it does not introduce any harmful chemicals to the catalytic converter. STR F12020 works well in both engines with carburetor and fuel injection. 

Will STR F12020 effects the oxygen sensor? 
In some vehicles, the oxygen sensor which feeds back to the engine control module will cause the engine to idle higher. After a tank of fuel, the injection system will recalibrate itself and idle as it was without STR F12020

Does STR F12020 improve the mileage in all cars? 
Ninety Five percent (95%) of the automobiles that uses STR F12020 improve their mileage. Some vehicles may experience a temporary reduction in mileage. This is caused by the oxygen sensor detecting a higher percentage of oxygen in the exhaust. The engine control module (ECM) will calculate the engine is running lean and will enrich the mixture thus increasing the amount of fuel burned. In most cars, the ECM adjusts to the treated fuel within 30km. The time of delay in learning is directly related to the specific ECM. Recent results indicate that almost all the vehicles system response well and quickly to the presence of STR F12020

How STR F12020 do effects the engine timing?

Is STR F12020 safe to use in all diesel engines? 

STR F12020 is a formulation of pure hydrocarbon which is completely compatible with diesel fuel systems and diesel engines. A different form of the active ingredient in STR F12020 has been used in diesel and gasoline fuel. 

Will STR F12020 work well in Diesel & Gasoline? 
The efficiency of combustion in both diesel and gasoline engines is controlled by the properties of the air / fuel mixture in the cylinder at the time of ignition and during burn. In both engines, the physical behavior of the fuel following injection affects the uniformity of the air / fuel mixture. After using STR F12020, my diesel engines still gives out black smoke? 
Servicing the fuel nozzle and fuel pump, it help to reduce the black smoke simultaneously and effective fuel transmission. Sufficient air flow into the engine will help to save on fuel which it helps to magnetize, oxidize and lubricate well in the engines. The ionizer also helps on fuel savings. Reducing combustion in the chamber which also reduces impact, elascity of piston ring and leakage. 

How does STR F12020 effect spray patterns? 
STR F12020 makes droplet size distribution across an injector spray cone more uniform. Finally, STR F12020 causes the mass of fuel to be more evenly distributed across the spray cone. 

How should I mix STR F12020 with 2 stroke oil & fuel? 
STR F12020 can be mixed with a 2 stroke gas / oil mixture or it can be added to 2 stroke oil. The dosage is the same as for the 4 cycle cylinders. 

Will STR F12020 effects my oil to gasoline ratio? 
STR F12020 improves the efficiency of a 2 stroke engine. This reduces the amount of fuel and lubrication in the engine. For high performance engines using high fuel to oil ratio it is recommended that the oil content to be increased to make up for the reduction in fuel consumption.

Excluding detergents, the pre and post market additives used in fuels today, derive most of their effectiveness by either inhibiting or catalyzing chemical reactions. These additives affect the chemistry of combustion, while STR F12020 operating on a macro level, effects only droplet formation. 

The active ingredient of STR F12020, a long chain player polymer, resists rapid stretching. When STR F12020 is mixed with fuel, the polymer imparts a subtle form of stretch resistance on its host fluid. This resistance or extensional viscosity traps light particles of fuel (those under 40 micros) to larger droplets. At the same time, this same property reduces the size of larger droplets. STR F12020 narrows down the range of droplet size which fosters the formation of a more homogeneous mixture that will burn more efficiently and thus create less pollutant. 

STR F12020 also reduces combustion chamber wall wetting. Droplets of treated fuel behave like small elastic balls because the active ingredient of STR F12020 resists the stretching forces of collision. This property alone reduces the inefficient burning of fuel adhered to cylinder walls.

The Benefits of STR F12020 into Diesel: 
STR F12020 technology improves the performance of compression ignition engines as well as spark ignition engines. It is well known that the physical properties of diesel fuel interfere with creating a uniform air / fuel mixture in the cylinder. STR F12020 unlike other fuel additives modifies the physical behavior of diesel fuel during injection creating a more uniform air / fuel mixture at ignition during burn. 

Diesel fuel is a Newtonian fluid and as such has physical properties which work against preparation of a uniform air / fuel mixture. 

Spraying from an injector nozzle contains a population of superfine, vapor like droplets which ignite in advance of the main body of fuel and prior to complete spray droplet penetration and mixing. The outer edge of the injector spray cone shears into smaller droplets which loose momentum and have poor penetration into the pressurized gas in the cylinder. Droplets in the centre area of the injector spray cone grow by collision and coalescence as they contact the slower moving droplets at the leading edge of the spray. 

Droplets which reach the cylinder walls splatter and coat creating a cooled liquid film. The formation of droplets by sending a high velocity stream on liquid into an air filled space. 

STR F12020, a technology uses a scientific phenomenon called extensional viscosity to modify the physical properties of diesel fuel during injection and mixture formation. STR F12020 eliminates the formation of superfine satellite droplets that causes early ignition before spray jet penetration and mixing has progressed. Diesel fuel droplets containing STR F12020 resist shear on the edge of the spray cone and therefore maintain momentum for better penetration. STR F12020 containing droplets resist growth by collision and have a tendency to re-bound and reflects from the cylinder wall back into the gas in the cylinder limiting wall coating and cooling. 

MONITORING GASSES: (HCs, NOx & CO) 
When gasoline and diesel burnt imperfectly, HC, NOx and CO will be formed. This emission of the chemical gases is being regulated in all range of vehicles for inspection by the local authority in order to monitor the emission through tail pipe test. Excessive levels of any one of these chemicals will cause a state inspector to fail a car and deem it to be un-road worthy. 

HCs, hydrocarbons in the exhaust result from incomplete combustion. Most vehicles sold into the world in the past ten (10) years have engines that burnt at higher temperatures and tend to produce less HC pollution however subject to the maintenance condition of the vehicles and the fuel quality. 

NOx is a by product of overheated combustion. This pollutant contributes a great deal to acid rain and is an irritant to sensitive human tissue. When the operating temperature of an engine decreases, it will product less NOx. 

CO forms when hydrocarbons do not burnt completely. A completely burnt yield CO2 gas. STR F12020 also reduces the percentage of CO in exhaust. 

An air / fuel mixing condition that occurs when too little fuel is mixed with too much air. In this oxygen – rich environment, fuel burns at elevated temperatures. Lean burning conditions often produce excessive NOx and can damage engines. 

When a piston compresses a mixture of air and fuel, heat builds up in the cylinder. This heat often causes fuel to ignite before the spark plug fires. When this type of combustion occurs, it works against the spinning momentum of an engine and reduces horse power, creates heat and destructive vibrations. Additives such as lead have been used to inhibit engine knock. STR F12020 also inhibits knock by reducing the number of very fine droplets of fuel at tend to burn before the spark plug fires.

Throttle transition – the time between changing the throttle position e.g. hitting the accelerator or easing up on it and having the engine adjust its speed to accommodate the new rate of fuel flow. 

Top Dead Centre – When the piston of an engine reaches the top of its stroke it is said to be at top dead centre. This piston position happens to be the point at which the air / fuel mixture is most compressed. In most engines, depending on their RPM, the spark plug will fire a few degrees before the top dead centre in order to start the burning process before the down or power stroke. One of the great benefits of STR F12020 is its ability to control the propagation of a flame emanating for a spark plug. By reducing the number of very small droplets of fuel, STR F12020 promotes a more even burning flame, which makes ignition before top dead centre work more efficiently. 

Ultra Fine Particles of Fuel – Those droplets of fuel less than forty (40) microns in diameter. These particles tend to burn more quickly and disruptively than their larger counterparts. 

Viscous Elascity – This is macro chemical feature of STR F12020 that makes it an effective fuel additive. Viscous elascity, synonymous with extensional viscosity, denotes elascity under stress. Viscous elastic will behave like a liquid when not disturbed. However, when a pipe of moved though sprayed into the air, it behaves like a highly viscous mass.
